| We’re excited to invite you to join NJASLA, MNLA, and MBC for a unique walking tour of two prominent Jersey City Waterfront Public spaces: Newport Green and Pier, and Exchange Place Memorial Plaza. During the tour, designers will share insights into their respective spaces, discussing their connection to the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway and their significance to the surrounding communities.
This event also offers a great opportunity to engage with fellow professionals and elected officials as we delve into the importance of public open spaces within urban areas. Following the walking tours, we’ll gather at Smorgasbar for drinks with a stunning view of the NYC skyline.
Where: Jersey City, NJ
- Newport Green and Pier: Meet at the corner of 14th Street and River Drive by the ping pong table and carousel.
- Exchange Place Plaza: Meet at the center statue.
