Located just a stone’s throw from the George Washington Bridge and overlooking the Hudson River, The Modern creates a dramatic new residential community and public space for Fort Lee. The site, which sat vacant for 40 years, is one half of a redevelopment area in Fort Lee. The 7-acre site has, at its core, a 2-acre public park. Two 47-story, sleek glass residential towers will flank this central park space, both with rooftop amenity decks atop several levels of structured parking.
