A Tudor-style home, built in the early 20th century, sits on a 1.6-acre lot in Summit, NJ. The property features mature trees and a spacious lawn, which is larger than the average lawn in the neighborhood. The existing landscape did not complement the custom-designed architecture of the house. To create a landscape design that suited the grandeur of the home, a plan was developed for the family of six who live there.
