Over the past decade, the draw of traditional office parks has declined as young talent seeks a more vibrant work environment offered by cities and downtowns. The Connell Companies recognized the need to reposition their 180-acre office park into a walkable, social environment that offers a 24/7 lifestyle. The Landscape Architect led the repositioning of the site to create a highly amenitized, walkable campus that will become the new benchmark for office parks in New Jersey and region.
