Project Description
This corporate campus showcases restorative design, environmental responsibility, employee wellbeing and the iconic vistas of Palisades Interstate Park. The 27-acre site was transformed from a sea of asphalt to an amenity-rich campus that brings nature into the workplace. Significant reforestation efforts increased green space by 50 percent, and every available portion of the roofs is dedicated to solar panels or green roofs.
