Join NJASLA as we tour Halka Nursery!
Have you ever wondered about the work that goes into growing the trees for your projects? Attendees of the event will get a behind-the-scenes look at the growing process of one of the premier growers of trees in the country.
Instructors will guide attendees through their extensive inventory of over 200+ varieties of trees that range from 2.5-20” caliper. Halka will share their experiences on the various tree varieties, digging techniques, latest technologies and equipment that they’ve worked with in their 70+ years of excellence.
The group will traverse the property by foot and by vehicles (provided by Halka).
