Located prominently along the Ben Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia, 2100 Hamilton is a 10-story luxury condominium constructed and designed by CBP Architects. Built entirely over structure, the site design includes an outdoor living room with a pergola, fireplace, and custom seating, an event plaza, sophisticated water features and lush garden spaces throughout. This urban oasis features stunning views of Center City, the Barnes, Rodin Museum, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The design was carefully crafted to fit into the existing context while providing ecological benefits to the area using native plants.
